General Operating Support
The General Operating Support Grant program provides direct funding to arts and cultural organizations in support of ongoing operations. We apply for this grant through the California Arts Council - CAC - to help cover our low operating expenses. Our volunteers also operate a hot dog cart that the net proceeds help off the the monthly responsibilities. These operating expenses are separate from the program funds.
ARTS AND YOUTH GRANT
The arts and youth program is rooted in the belief that Arts learning and engagement should be available to all young people in California. Providing access to meaningful cultural responsive Arts experiences helps one develop a greater sense of self, deepen their connection to their communities and make meaningful connections across histories and cultures. By participating in the arts youth gain the knowledge skills and understanding to actively take part in creative processes, projects and pursuits throughout their lifetimes as culturally literate and engaged citizens.
Creative Copperopolis Grant Writing and Administration Organization for gaining, administrating and maintaining funding from state, community or private foundations and sponsorships. This arts and cultural organization is defined as an entity with a primary purpose of providing arts, creative, or cultural programming and services. Our mission statement, our purpose and our summary core of organizational program and services demonstrate our focus and resolve to serve our local community.

Philanthropy
