The Golden Girls of Copperopolis was formulated when the property owner, Julie Eggert, moved to a luxury retirement residence and wanted her custom built estate used for similar ladies. This Shared Senior Housing for Ladies Only is recognized by the County of Calaveras as the first senior housing project in Copperopolis. With 3 large master bedrooms, private bathrooms, and extended living areas, this home brings forth a comfortable, safe and well rounded residential experience to the tenant.
